Chat n Craft – What?

I forgot to take a picture of my chunky crocheted sweater that I made from the class last month. At least one other finished hers and gave it away already. The green one I am working on for my 2nd one is in the pictures below. I used the bulky yarn they recommended this time and a larger hook than the pattern called for. Can’t wait to see how that is going to come out. I plan on working on it during the Olympics this month.

One lady was working on knitting two socks at one time. She was not very far along this month but we are looking forward to seeing how for she got next month. Hopefully will be able to get a good picture of them. Something that I have been wanting to try.

Next meeting will be Tuesday, August 7, 2018 in a different meeting room than normal at Joplin Public Library, 5:30pm – 8:00pm or any part of that time you can make it. We will be in Conference Room 1, which is at the far end of the cafe area.

We are having a BYOP for this meeting. I will have a handout with some pictures about next month’s class which will be Book Folding Art. More information at our meeting.

You are always welcome to BYOP (Bring Your Own Project) that you are working on even on months we are having a class. Plus bring any of your projects you would like to for Show n Tell.
